Vertex Pointe (VXP) is a Grade A commercial development by AUM Development, comprising a single building with four office floors set above ground-level retail, rising from a triple-height atrium entrance. The development offers 32 boutique office units and 20 ground-floor retail spaces with a private balcony attached to every office. The architecture is defined by a curved, high-visibility glass façade with metallic sun-shading fins, positioned as a commercial address for businesses seeking a distinctive, high-quality office environment. Amenities are distributed across the building's ground, first, and rooftop levels. The ground floor includes a triple-height grand entrance lobby, a lobby café, on-site security and retail outlets. The first floor offers a zen garden, a Six Senses garden, a half basketball court, a padel court, water features, a reflexology garden, seating cabanas, an outdoor meeting zone, an amphitheater and a cinema screen. The rooftop level adds an outdoor gym, an indoor gym and a yoga garden, each provided separately for men and women, together with dedicated prayer rooms for men and women. A wet pantry and shared utilities are available on every floor, and managed and guest parking is provided at more than 2.5 times standard capacity. Interiors are finished with stone flooring, premium wood paneling and soft textiles, with metallic accents used sparingly to maintain a composed material palette. Ceiling treatments are designed to manage acoustics, and layouts include private offices, meeting rooms, open work areas and informal lounge spaces. Units are handed over on a shell-and-core basis, allowing each occupier to configure the fit-out to its own workflow, and are delivered unfurnished.
